I think this quote means that whatever actions you act on reflect the type of person you are. If you are a prompt person it automatically reflects that you are a person that knows how to manage their time. If you are a person that always gets in trouble at school if you don’t do your work, get send out it shows that you don’t care that you just want to waste people’s time because you have nothing to do. You should care about what people think of you because after all it is you who makes people think who you are. You are the one that makes people see if you are smart,independent, and mature or an imature person who doesn't have a clue of what they want for their future.
