I think this quote means that to choose the
right you need the following steps the courage to say no, to face the truth and
to do what’s right. If you want to choose the right by denying to drink alcohol
you need to build up the courage and say “no”. also if you want to correct a mistake
you did you need to face the truth and see what you did that’s wrong and fix
it. Also always do the right thing not because you’re force to but because you
know it’s the right thing to do.
