A man who is
living in a lie is not free because they know they are still choosing the wrong
because they didn’t say the truth in the first place . and because they don't tell the truth they just feel guilt in themselves and it haunts him. but if they say the truth and confess the guilt disappears. at some point the guilt is so big it drives him crazy and he ends up confessing anyway.
