Student Success Statement 76

Student Success Statement
"Be quick, but don't get into a hurry."
John Wooden
I think that this statement is trying to say that people need to be quick enough to do what they have to do, but slow enough to actually learn from what they did and get it right the first time. Sometimes people do things so fast that they don't even know what they are doing and at the end they didn't learn anything at all. For example, if someone is supposed to copy down notes and they do it really fast, they will not because learn anything from it because they did everything in such a rush.
